Privacy Policy - Image to File Converter

Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how the Image to File Converter – PDF, JPG & All Formats mobile application ("App") handles information when you use it.

The App is designed to convert and process images on your device. We do not run a user account system inside the App.

Information We Collect

We do not require you to provide personal information such as your name, phone number, or address to use the App.

The App may handle the following data on your device to provide functionality:

Images you select from your device storage/gallery to convert or edit.
Images you capture using the camera (only if you choose to use the camera option).
Converted/exported files saved to your device when you choose to export results.
Bug report details (title/description/steps) only when you choose to send an email.

Note: Image content is processed for conversion/cropping/compression. This processing is performed locally on your device.

How Your Data Is Used

To provide core features: pick images, crop, resize, compress, convert formats, and generate PDFs.
To save results: store processed files in your chosen/export folder on your device.
To share: when you tap Share, the App opens your device's share sheet.
To support you: when you use "Contact us" or "Report bugs", the App opens your email app with pre-filled details.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data.

The App does not upload your selected images to our servers.

The App may use third-party services for ads and basic connectivity features. These services may collect limited device information as described in their own policies.

Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services/libraries:

Google Mobile Ads (AdMob): used to display ads.
Google Play Services: may be involved in ad delivery and analytics provided by the ads SDK.
URL launching / external apps: used to open email apps and external links when you tap certain buttons.

Third-party providers may collect information such as device identifiers, approximate location (inferred by IP), and ad interaction data. Please review the providers' privacy policies for details.

Permissions We Request (Android)

The App requests the following permissions to function. You can deny permissions, but some features may not work.

Permission	Why it is needed
Camera	To let you capture a photo directly from the App (optional feature).
Photos / Media access	To let you select images from your gallery and read image bytes for conversion/editing.
Storage access (older Android versions)	To read selected files and save exported results on devices that require legacy storage permissions.
Internet	Required by ads and for opening external links (if you choose to).
Network state	Used to detect connectivity status (for ads and general network-aware behavior).

Your device OS manages permission prompts. You can change permissions anytime in your phone Settings.

Ads

The App displays ads using Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). Ad providers may use device identifiers and cookies/SDK signals to show relevant ads and measure ad performance.

Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Security

We process images locally on your device. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. If you share files or send bug reports via email, that data is handled by your chosen email provider.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
